Yup. Still at it. It's been tough and frustrating, and the scale is still jumping all over the place, but I have a month of travel and family visits to work off. I don't have much to talk about right now, but I figured I should update. I am still doing my workouts every day, and I am still trying hard to keep my food within ranges. I'm still running at the higher end of my range, and it's higher than I would like, but I'm losing again, so it's ok. I just need to work harder. Sometimes I get so tired of counting everything. Last night I just REALLY wanted a hot cocoa since it was getting chilly, but I couldn't afford it, calorically. My husband convinced me that it would be ok to splurge and take the 70 cal, and the hot drink was awesome.. but I can't do that very often.
I'm not wearing Women's L tops, and Men's M tops for the most part. In some stores, I'm still more comfortable in an XL if it's a fitted top, or a place like hot topic that runs in hipster sizes. But... I can pretty much go anywhere now and find something that fits. It's amazing when you haven't experienced that in years.
No plans for halloween yet. I think I may scrape together a ghetto pirate costume for the trick-or-treaters. I've stayed away from halloween candy so far, which is awesome. I will have to buy some eventually, but I'm waiting until it's much closer to minimize temptation.
