Nathan Explosion from Dethklok was right:Summer colds are brutal

I got sick with somthing exciting. My neck is swollen and sore and I'm all sorts of congested and dizzy. All in all, the last three days haven't been much fun. I think I'm finally starting to get over it, but I could have done with never having gotten sick in the firstplace. Some bastard at the Erasure concert probably gave this to me, and it had like a 3 day incubation or somthing.

I went to get my hair cut yesterday, and barely made it through that. I was an awful conversationalist for the last half of our time there :P I wanted to get my nails done, but I didn't think I'd be able to handle the chemical smells of the nail salon. I also didn't want to put my sick hands in someone else's hands and then not have anything to cough into XP It was just a bad idea, so I didn't go. I'll have to change my nail color today to somthing more appropriate for the wedding. My dress is red, so this irridescent hot pink/purple won't work, but I do have a red, and I CAN ALWAYS ADD GLITTER, YO

I'm just hoping I'm mostly over it by tomorrow. I'll be busy all day with Beth's wedding, and I can't afford to be this run down and sore >:O

I still haven't figured out what jewelry I want to wear or how I want to do my makeup yet, but I'll worry about that later. At least I know my dress fits, right?

Anyway, I'm going to go lay back down now and continue to soak the bed in sweat. Toodles!

I kind of forget about Livejournal now. It feels so empty that I've joined a bunch of communities, but it's not really helping! Since November,…

  • November is almost over already?!?!

I've really enjoyed not having anything important to do for a while. I've been cleaning (a little bit), quilting (a lot, but in short bursts), and…
