Breakfast: shredded wheat
Snack: apple
Lunch: MONGORIAN GRILL! Since I got to put together my own bowl, it was mostly cabbage, mushroom, onion, bell pepper, etc... lots of veggies, and a little bit of chicken
Snack: Boba :X I had a lychee milk tea, which =/= healthy at all, but I love boba.
I also had some mochi/green tea ice cream. It was tasty!
Dinner: Smoked Turkey sandwich @ Schlotzky's. Also not healthy due to bread, mayo, and dubious content of turkey meat. Did not have chips or a soda, though.
I was most certainly over my calorie allowance for the day with the sandwich, but if I am careful, it shouldn't hurt me in the long run. I ended up buying a crapton of junk food at the asian market. I really shouldn't have, but it's so good :( I can't let myself binge on it.
I was able to get a few things I needed, like furikake, sauces, curry, etc, which is good. I was running low on a lot of that. All in all, it was a pretty successful trip!
Traffic leaving downtown was BAAAAAD, though
