Malophyte came over again yesterday, and she brought over chicken! It was awesome. :O Then I made potato salad, but we couldn't eat it right away. I let the potatoes cool before I put everything together, but I can't stand to eat it warm, so it sat in the fridge overnight. I had some earlier, and it is also awesome :O

We're making good progress polishing off the leftovers, and I actually did go out the other day and clean up all that brush. I also sawed more stuff and made a bigger mess before I got things cleaned up.

Tomorrow, I have ambitious plans to get overmyself and climb the ladder to multiple high places. In theory, I can get over my moderate fear of heights long enought to figure out what's wrong with the floodlights around the carport and get the bulbs changed. If all goes well, I'll also get the remaining light on the walk changed and put a new bulb in the carport itself. We have too many light bulbs. In actuality, only a small fraction of the fixtures have burnt out bulbs, but there's just so many! I would also like to figure out how to get into the lamp post by the street and change the bulb there. It's next to the mailbox and very cute. When we moved in, it worked fine. I think the bulb burned out and we never replaced it. I'd really like to replace a lot of those bulbs before the trick or treaters come by so that everything is well lit and safe looking. We get fewer and fewer kids each year. Last year, we got two carloads full, and that was it. I can't imagine trick or treating by car. Oh yeah, and there were two teenage girls that stopped by too XD LAWL

I'm thinking I'm going to wear my Mayuri costume :X I was almost considering just turning all the lights out and hiding since this is Matt's work week, but I realized Matt doesn't go in until midnight that night, so he'll be around when people are knocking. If I was going to be home by myself, then yeah. But I won't be. So I'll dress up as someone scary, scare the living daylights out of the little kids and throw chocolate at them. It'll be great? D:

It's weird not having a party this year. But it was getting so hard to get people to come over, and I really felt like it was more trouble and work than it was worth. Iw as already going out of my way to show my freinds a good time, providing many creature comforts, etc. It's the least they could do to grace me with their presence, you know? But if they can't bring themselves to do that, I can be lazy and sit on the couch too :P Still, I have way more booze than I'm ever going to drink by myself :X

On that note.. Castlevania on PsP=YAY
I still need to beat the revamped rondo so I can get to symphony D: ZOMGZ WHAT IS A MAN?!?
I'm sleepy

I apologize for writing completely off topic, but I just wanted to comment on your icon. For some reason, I couldn't see the face for several minutes. (lol) It was like one of those perspective drawings, like the old woman/young woman, or the two faces kissing/candle. I just kept going back and forth, like "Bunny in a cape? Beethoven in profile?" I have no idea what the hell I was thinking, but I could not see the person's face for, like, several minutes. (lol) It was very trippy.

whoah :O I think I can almost see the bunny :O

The icon itself.. I don't know who drew it, but it's brilliant. The first time I saw it, I couldn't stop laughing. It's dracula from Castlevania Symphony of the night XD This line became famous because of the amazing voice acting

(since it's a ytmnd, turn the volume down a bit. these tend to be pretty loud)

If it makes you feel any better, I had the exact same problem. I think the mouth turns into a face with eyebrows, or something. Now it seems obvious, but it was pretty bizarre at the time.

Of course, now I just laugh my ass off. XD
