It's more like half a racoon, and it didn't get in the trap on it's own. This morning Akuma found it clinging to the palm tree for dear life trying to get out of the roof.
He thumped the tree until it fell to the ground (only about a foot. it's fine) and then covered it with a blanket so he could put it in the trap.
AND IT'S SO CUTE!
They're probably in bad shape without the mom and I know Akuma feels bad... but the mom was taken away days ago by animal control. They'll know what to do with the babies. I'm hoping they don't kill them, but they probably will. I doubt there's some sort of wildlife-raise-racoon-babies-place in Waco.
