Costumes, and dogs
N-kun is visiting again this weekend, and this is my last chance to fit everything to him, so I've been working hard today. I hope to have photos of this VERY silly looking wig later.

In the mean time..
Oh my god.

Even more terrifying than the website itself is the thought that there are people out there who order shit from it. O_O

Yeah.. I was thinking "omgwtf" over the bajillion of horrible photoshops on butchered art, amazed that someone would spend the time it took to make all those (even badly,) when Akuma pointed out that they wouldn't have done it unless someone was paying money for that.

~That's why I don't beleive in cosplay CGs XD

Is it really possible to photoshop dogs into the Mona Lisa well? I think bad photoshopping is kinda the only game in town when it comes to making the fucking Mona Lisa hold a dog in her lap.

Sounds like a challenge for a photoshop phriday D:

Honestly, I had a hard time getting past the html on that website in the first place to even begin trying to comprehend the Mona Lisa holding every type of dog imaginable in a crappy grainy photoshopped image...

I am embarrassed to admit how many of those eye-bleeding images I looked at before finally walking away. The papillons are really cute. [lol] That site is Pure Evil.

I know! I stumbled onto her "holding" a large dog that looked kinda like a greyhound in body shape (though it wasn't)
They just had the dog trailing off the side of the picture...XD

I hate to be the one that says it, but the pugs are adorable ^_^ LOL

The site is a total trainwreck otherwise and I cant believe anyone would pay money...like real, legitimate cash, check, or credit for one of these. Isnt there some kinda copyright infringement for using the Mona Lisa in such a way??
The Ten Thousand Things: Alchemykhet_tcheba on August 22nd, 2005 01:52 pm (UTC)
Copyright in Europe lasts for 50-70 years after the death of the copyright holder, so it's technically public domain at this point. Which means horrors like these are perfectly okay from a legal standpoint. >_<;

Even then, if you compare it to the original, they've bastardized it enough to almost call it a parody :(
