Month 4/ Week 15: Blah!

Weekly check in! I'm still at it. My exercise has been slipping lately since we've been going all over the damned place. This last week, I only got 4/6 days in. I am trying for a perfect week this week. We aren't planning on going anywhere, and I've done all the strength discs at least once, so I don't anticipate having to take a day off to rest sore muscles. '

My food is also slipping a bit. I'm trying to keep to fresh ingredients, but I am constantly taking the lazy way out and eating frozen meals. They are like.. lean cuisine and healthy choice and crap, but it's still high-sodium frozen stuff. I'm sitting on romaine cups, thinking of all the great things I used to do with them, then feeling too lazy to cook lunch. I'm sitting on the shake sample from zoi, telling myself " I want to make it awesome, but I keep forgetting to buy some fresh fruit or cocoa powder or something!" I should stop being a pussy and dump in some green tea powder. Nothing cuts the flavor of protein powder like green tea anyway!

I've been trying to do this calorie cycling thing, but I'm really struggling with it. I'm not going all that high cal on my high cal days, which is ok... but I'm struggling the rest of the week to keep things under control. I hope to do better this week.

Other than that, I've been feeling a little mopey and pathetic lately. This weight loss thing is literally all I am concentrating on right now, and it's not really going that great at the moment. I was feeling a little neglected last week on my birthday, but getting to talk to people I hadn't spoken to in a long time helped a lot. I LURVE U BEVIN <3 It was kind of wacky that I didn't get a call from mom or dad, though. I got a call from Mom3, a call from Tania, ecards from Mom3& grandma B, and a package from Mom2.. so it's not like I'm not loved :P Plus, when we went up to Plano, Mom3 had a cake and a card and a present :O It was really nice, and I wasn't expecting it at all.

I think I want to plant tea bushes in my back yard. The history channel convinced me they were awesome. Some crazy hippie off-the-grid site convinced me it was fun and great to grow& make your own, and some landscaping site informed me that our zone (Zone 8) is the best zone ever for growing your own tea. Hippie site told me to get camilia sinensis sinensis since it won't grow taller than 6 feet or so. I'll probaby keep it trimmed shorter than that, but the idea of going out into the back, picking your own tea leaves, then drying and rolling them yourself just sounds pretty awesome. I could give people gifts of home-made tea. I could become some sort of green tea master! It actually sounds better than trying to get a fruit tree in the back yard.

It all just really makes me want to hire a proper landscaper to make the back yard pretty. Maybe next year.

Also, I just wanted to add that I finally cleared Dancing Mad on ultimate, and I got a B! Yay! XD Now I have to get through Four Fiends, and I'll be a happy camper. I can't seem to finish the last quarter of that song quite yet. I'm thinking about just loading up a high HP lvl 99 party with both onion and vaan equipped with mirage and see if I can fudge my way past the irregular swipes that keep throwing me for a loop. Everything there is much more on the beat than Dancing Mad. Why can't I beat it yet?? XD

Last edit, I promise??

Ok, so it's a kind of crappy photo, but check out this pink eyeshadow!! Ringo linked me to this makeup company called sugarpill, and the shadows they have look amazing. I thought I would order one of the pressed colors (this pink), and a few of the loose ones to try out. They were total tards and sent me a free sample of one of the colors I ordered, but I forgive them. Because seriously? Omg! This is the pink I've been looking for! I put it over some of the Urban Decay shadow primer and it looks so velvety. I love it!
