I bought tickets to W00tstock

I told Matt he could meet a Mythbuster. He jumped in before I could even tell him who the other guests were :P When I told him that it's also normally hosted by Wil Wheaton, he changed his mind and didn't want to go. Then I told him that the part of Wil Wheaton (in Austin) was being played by Neil Gaiman. He was back on board again! Not because it's a Gaiman fan, but because for some reason, he is either terrified of Wil Wheaton, or is still traumatized by his role in Star Trek. Snurkle Snurkle!

Anyway.. I'm not sure if there will be time for a signing afterwards, but on the offchance there is, I'm thinking about bringing my Ultimate Sandman II. I wouldn't want to pester him if there wasn't a proper signing afterwards, though. I've heard he's quite nice and pretty much stops to sign anything... but surely he gets bored of writing his name a million times a day :P

So.. we're going to be staying at the Driskill downtown since Matt doesn't want to have to worry about parking. I told him that being in the hotel right next to the theatre wouldn't guarantee parking.. but at least when we find it, we won't have to move the car again XD
He seems pretty excited about the drafthouse, too, but I don't know if we'll have time to go see anything there. It's not going to be a long trip at all :X

I still don't have anything planned for Halloween. I have 9 days to come up with a costume if I do end up doing somthing, but I don't know if I'll bother this year :( It makes me sad.

In the meantime, I've been trying to figure out if the reason I was waking up sneezing and feeling like crap every morning for the last 2 weeks was due to normal seasonal changes, or what. I didn't hit the markers for ragweed, etc when I took that allergy test, but I do have problems with dust and mold. I didn't have any problems when I spent the night in Dallas when I went up to the fair, and I haven't had problems since.

The source probably dissappeared?

Just in case, I've been taking the hose attachment of my vaccum to the bottom of the AC ducts around the house. The AC vents in the house come in through the floor. I love them, but during millipede/earwig season, those stupid bugs go down in there and die. So about once a year or so, I need to suck all the crap out of there... I don't like the idea of dust and dead bugs being circulated through the air everytime the AC cycles. Ick.

I'm hoping it'll help.. but since I woke up feeling fine today, there's no telling :P

I need to figure out what else I can clean to make this place sparkle, and cut down on allergens. Matt was a little worried that maybe there's mold somewhere. That would be bad :/ Especially with all the roof problems we've had with this house. (oh, and the water heater leaking& having to be replaced last month.. derp) The best I can do is keep up with the cleaning, and keep an eye out for any potential problems.
