New costume idea?  
Dare I chicken out on Yu~ki again?
I've always wanted to do a Shiva costume. The design for the Final Fantasy Tactics Advance Shiva is pretty cool.
No LJ cut, so all of you can bask in the majesty.
Beleive it or not, I have most of it figured out already.
Yay or nay?

Yu~ki!! But... *drools over pretty picture* that IS an incredible outfit, and I know you'd pull it off very well. ^__^ But... but... YU~KIIIII!!!! ;___;

It's ok. I'm thinking about a way to do both. I would basically have to start on them both now to get them done in time. It all depends on how expensive the Yu~ki materials are. I don't think Yu~ki will be too bad... but I know Shiva is going to be at least 200 bucks.
I've already figured out how I'm going to do most of it.. the only thing I don't have figured out is how to attach the helm to my head without putting pressure on the bodysuit... so it'll probably be attached to some straps that go around my head and under the bodysuit..
Which means I am going to probably try to engineer some hinges on it or somthing so I can flip it up. (So I can see where I'm going!

When I saw the pic I knew it was from FF Tactics Advanced... it is in the book for the game...

I think you should do the costume. You are great at making costumes and I know that you could make it look the best. I bet that you would also look great in it.

If you have the time and you want to do it GO FOR IT! You can make it work and look the best! GO KYO!

It is awesome and would be an awesome costume but in my opinion.. I don't like how this Shiva looks. Sure its a different game, but she doesn't look right.

Battle Shiva!!
I think she looks awesome.. but you're right. She's different from all the other Shiva designs. Shiva usually doesn't have any weapons or armor... and her hair is usually doing somthing crazy.. and in this design, her head is completely covered, so you see no hair.

My vote is yes..I think that is the most bad ass costume..and no one else would DARE do it! Only you Kyo!! And THAT is why I love you! yay! Go for it!
